Doreen Sassine has started her music path at childhood as a violin player. Doreen is currently finishing her M. Mus. Degree in the classical vocal department of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, specializing in the Baroque music. Doreen is a winner of several prizes and scholarships, amongst them excellence scholarships from the Haifa’s municipality, certificate of appreciation and excellence scholarship from the American-Israel Culture Foundation. As a member of the Jerusalem Chamber Choir Doreen had many prominent roles. Performed as a soloist with the Galilee chamber Orchestra and as a choir member with the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra at the Bach Festival and at the Israel Opera. Serves as a conductor at the Kfar Yassif's Orthodox Youth Choir.
