About the Concert:
Soprano Anastasia Klavan—a soloist in the Israeli Opera and teacher at the Polyphonic Music Center in Nazareth—in a festive liturgical concert also hosting mezzo-soprano Tamara Navot, one of the Israeli Opera’s most promising young soloists. The concert will feature early liturgical works mainly from the Baroque period, from Bach to Pergolesi, Handel to Vivaldi, and will be accompanied by a historically informed performance ensemble featuring a harpsichord and JBO's soloists. The concert will take place in the Anglican Church in the center of Nazareth.
