A graduate of the Buchmann-Mehta school of music at Tel Aviv university and the Brooklyn College of music in New York. She is a scholarship recipient of the America-Israel cultural fund, the Israeli institution of the opera arts and the Ronen foundation. She performed as a member of Meitar Opera Studio of the Israeli Opera and as a soloist with orchestras across Israel including the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Zubin Mehta. She appears as a soloist in concerts around the world and sings Arabic repertoire with leading orchestras. Nour researches and performs a wide repertoire that includes songs of Palestinian composers written in the style of the Western art song.
